Blokes up this way wants to no ow
polyticks is goin we are gettin in a bit
of a tangle thru readin the papers
theres the farmers party an the nashnul
party an the laber party an the
country party so bein a country man
an a farmer an a shearer an a sorter
nashnul bloke im in favor ov the lot
but a feller tells me the lor of the land
is onley 1 man 1 vote an it cums reel ard
to pick a winner its worse then the rases
at Bogan's Gully.  
Now the missus as bin readin somethin
about a noo womens party wot wants
women to sit in the ouse as if they
was ens an ime ded agen that women
as to much to do to spar the time to
sit anywheres lestwise if they as any-
thin to do with the workin of farms
like ere an thats wot I tell the missus
but she jist sniffs torkin
about women we bin readin in the papers
about these ere womens shop lifters 
in the sity bin sent to jale an the
missus an me bin wonderin about it an
reckins the shops must be very lite or
the women pretty strong an anyways
wot they wont to do it for pertaters
is down to ell agen hoppin you are
the same
