FREMANTLE (W.A.), Friday.—The bodies of Sir Ross Smith and Lieuten- ant J. M. Bennett reached Fremantle today on the s.s. Large Bay.

They have come home again: not as
they came
In days before, on their triumphant
flight—
They have come home again, each
with a name
That shall endure; for, while their
day was bright,
They shone as men. What more is
there to tell?
So we salute. Pass brothers. All is
well.

They have come home again: not to
cheers,
The shouting, and a whole wide
land's applause.
Silent we watch the passing of the
biers
Of those who perished in a noble
cause.
Pass, brothers, to be numbered with
the blest;
Silent, we watch you flying—flying
West.
